BMW company launched the all-new 7 Series in 1977, aiming to strengthen its full-size luxury cars position segment. Based on the E23 platform, the new 7 Series car was fitted with a system indicating service intervals, climate, ABS optional, new mirrors and leather upholstery. It was equipped with 12-valve type-M30 six-cylinder engines (previously introduced into the E-Series) and 4-/5-speed gearbox. This bmw model received a minor facelift in 1983, featuring a redesigned front grille, new spoiler and revised bumper, while also fitted with a newly-developed Motronic 3.4L engine. Its suspensions were also revised. This model was available in both Europe and North America. The first generation bmw 7 Series was discontinued in 1986, with the introduction of a new E32 automobile platform.BMW USED CARS
