BMW company will build the 6 Series Gran Coupe and It's expected to debut in late 2012. News of the decision came from board member Klaus Draeger, according to German trade paper Automobilwoche.

The 4-door auto, to be badged as a 6 Series, would debut late in 2012. BMW 6 series two-door coupe would debut in 2013. The four-door will be pitched against the Mercedes CLS, which is also up for replacement in 2011, Audi's new A7 and the Porsche Panamera.

The new all-electric urban car will release date of 2013. The all-electric propulsion system allows the designers to relocate passenger, chassis, and propulsion components compared to a conventional gas or diesel powered cars layout. Weeks after we posted exclusive information on the new BMW X6 xDrive40d model, BMW has officially confirmed the new model available in Europe starting this Spring. BMW has substantially updated the 3 Series Coupe for 2011 model year. New headlights and tail lights, a new hood and kidney grille, new side skirts, new wheels, and new fascia; the new “N55” twin scroll turbocharged inline-6 engine, and may be coupled to the standard 6-speed manual or optional 6-speed automatic transmission.

In addition to the new Vermillion Red and Deep Sea Blue exterior BMW 3 colors, Mineral White Metallic exterior paint will be available on the Coupe starting in June.
