Rent of vehicles is an independent kind of contracts of rent. It is possible to rent all - from a bicycle to a spaceship if only money has sufficed, and there were corresponding skills. However the most widespread kind of rent of vehicles all over the world was and there is a rent of cars.

The Russian legislation operates with two kinds of rent of vehicles:

1) rent of a vehicle with granting of services in steering and technical operation (rent of the HARDWARE with crew) (1 3 the Russian Federation).
